Combine family time with nature and Pilates in this special spring series. Local Pilates instructor Cora Lindsay fuses Pilates movements with nature and animals as you practice Pilates outdoors. 

This new, half hour program is intended for parents and kids of any age to enjoy together, no prior Pilates experience necessary.

Participants need to bring a Pilates or yoga mat and a water bottle

Advanced registration is required. Attendance will be limited to just 10 people per session.
