Celebrating the majesty of bald eagles as they descend upon the Hudson River during their annual winter migration, EagleFest will include thrilling live bird shows spotlighting birds of prey, bird walks where visitors can view eagles through spotting scopes, heated tents filled with educational exhibits, crafts and games for children, and food trucks.
Snow date is Sunday, February 8.
Please email eaglefest@teatown.org for inquiries.
Teatown Lake Reservation and Metro-North Railroad are teaming up to bring New Yorkers aboard the Eagle Train. The Eagle Train departs Grand Central Terminal at 9:25 a.m. and Poughkeepsie at 8:58 a.m., with each featuring a guest naturalist on board a dedicated car to guide birdwatching and share their eagle-eyed expert insights.
