Insider Tips for Throwing a Great Birthday Party on a Budget
Here's some helpful info when planning a cheap birthday party, from parent to parent:
- Book off-peak hours (usually Monday-Thursday) and ask for early bird pricing.
- Bring your own food, if possible. Or plan a party at odd hours, between meals, so there's no expectations of feeding kids other than birthday cake.
- Skip party favors or make the party favors part of the theme. For example, if you have an arcade party, the earned prizes can be the favor.
