Sloomoo Institute
- see all dates
Sloomoo Institute celebrates the viral cultural phenomenon of slime, packing a vibrant 8,000-square-foot space in Soho filled with slime experiments, inspiration, and sensory delights.
Unique artistic touches include a 150’ high gloss, curvy DIY bar for guests to design their dream slimes, felt-lined video booths for visitors to shoot their own stylized slime content, bespoke fiberglass sculptures that serve as vats for slime, and immersive works by artists Jillian Mayer, Jen Catron and Paul Outlaw.
Part art installation, part STEM program, the experience also includes an ASMR tunnel of CGI projections built by the renown agency The Mill, an EEG machine to show your brain “on slime,” and a black light cove with glow in the dark slime.
The enhanced experience includes the opportunity to suit up in a poncho and get slimed! Activities included in the regular priced ticket include trying a huge slime slingshot and walking barefoot over slime.
