The Placerita Nature Center is hosting an open house event with free admission and parking! Kids can pan for "fool's gold," meet local wildlife at an animal presentation, and participate in a variety of crafts and games.

Local musicians perform live music and there is a caricature artist present for portraits. The nature center plans to host several family hikes during the day, as well. 

Bring cash for the gift shop and guitar or ukulele raffles. 

No reservations needed.
