The pumpkins are on the move!

In 2025, Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns is held in a new location: South Coast Botanic Garden in Palos Verdes.

As before, guests are treated to a larger-than-life pumpkin experience. This year’s event is reimagined as Enchanted Hollow: a place where nature glows, jack-o’-lanterns shimmer, and wonder lives around every bend.

Guests wander the lush, winding trails to check out thousands of illuminated pumpkins. The gourds are displayed in all sorts of creative and whimsical ways, including swashbuckling pirate ships, mighty dinosaurs, and fire-breathing dragons, as well as classic creatures of the night and other recognizable characters. Every 30 minutes, the entire event comes to life with a dazzling, musical pumpkin light show.

Additional fun includes photo ops and live entertainment. Food and beverages available for purchase. Optional add-ons include 3D glasses, a s'mores package, and a fun zone with bounce pads and slides.

Special evenings include the low sensory night on September 28.
