Home Depot hosts free hands-on workshops on every first Saturday, with seasonal and other special projects created to become your family's next keepsake. 

Area locations are in Hawthorne, Yonkers, Port Chester, New Rochelle, Wappingers Falls, and West Nyack. Workshops teach children do-it-yourself skills and tool safety, and instill a sense of pride and accomplishment. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a certificate of achievement, a workshop apron and a commemorative pin (while supplies last).
