Welcome to our Kids Yoga Adventure with Instructor Nick Switz, where ages 3-10 discover joy, mindfulness, and imagination.

 Nick, certified with five years of experience and training from Radiant Child Yoga, guides children through a playful class.

Starting with the lively Yoga Freeze Dance game, kids dance freely to music, transitioning into yoga poses when it stops. The class continues with yoga-based games and captivating stories, fostering creativity, cooperation, and body awareness. The session concludes with a calming guided story, offering a moment of reflection. Join us for laughter, learning, and love in this enchanting yoga journey with Instructor Nick Switz—one breath at a time!
