MTA Servce Specialists Protest MTA Doomsday Budget with a Smile

The MTA approved it's "doomsday budget" yesterday, which includes fare hikes and service cuts. But no worries, because the MTA Service Specialists have been deployed. Find out about the details of the new budget and the humorous stunt women who are commenting on the fare hike by taking to the rails dressed as retro airline stewardesses and offering riders the "service you deserve."

The MTA Doomsday Budget includes a fare hike bringing a single ride to $2.50, elimination of the W and Z lines, plus other major reductions of service. Perhaps in protest, a group of sassy New Yorkers have taken to the rails as the MTA Service Specialists. Dressed as airline stewardesses, the group is traveling the NYC subway system and offering passengers the "service they deserve" and believe should come along with the new fare hike. If you luck upon them you may get treated to snacks from their rolling cart, help with your stroller, or maybe just a friendly smile. Shockingly, the MTA has asked them to not use their logo and website "design".

Has anyone seen them?

This is all true and yes they have been spotted many times. I have first hand watched their wonderful help. All NYC MTA riders SHOULD applaud their efforts and stand behind them. Girls, get back down there asap!!
