What We're Reading

Me
200908230839.jpg

I've been fascinated to learn how the brain's executive function challenges many kids in school and at home.

The Big Kid

My daughter loved this so much, we read it aloud to the whole family. Then moved on to the next one.

The LIttle Kid

A wonderful story with great illustrations and an environmental message that's not preachy or scary.

Staten Island

Staten Island is the largest borough in New York City, and yet the only thing most New Yorkers know about it is that the ferry ride is free. It's too bad because there are so many fun things for kids to do on Staten Island. Try getting off on the other side and you'll discover wonderful parks and beaches, a zoo, a children's museum and botanic garden, a TIbetan museum, and a trip back in time at Historic Richmond Town.
