You forgot the great
You forgot the great carousel in Flushing Meadows Park. Which by the way is a great place to bring your children for the day or even a weekend. You have the Queens Zoo, which includes a petting zoo farm, the carousel, The Hall of Science with its outdoor water playground, great playgrounds, boat rentals, The New York Mets, Tennis, Soccerfields, Baseball fields,The Unisphere with the misty fountains and the New Indoor Swimming complex. Trust me its is a great way the spend quality family time and its right here in NYC and pretty reasonably cost effective.
